Ruhens water purifiers are designed for easy filter replacement by the user. Every 6 months, K Water will deliver replacement filters directly to you through courier. This simple and convenient process helps maintain your purifier with minimal effort, ensuring that you always have fresh, purified water.

For Nemo purifiers, after the effective usage period of approximately 12 months, you can contact us, and we will send you a replacement unit through courier. This ensures you continue to receive top-quality water purification without interruption.
